Ingredients
2 potatoes cut into small slices
1 cup chopped methi (fenugreek leaves)
2 chopped onions
5 chopped garlic cloves
3 tsp oil
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp daniya powder(coriander )
2 tsp jeera powder(cumin)
1/2 tsp haldi powder(turmeric)
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp lime juice
Procedure
In a saucepan take oil, add chopped garlic and onions
Saute for 5 minutes, add aalu chopped, salt and cover till it is half cooked
Add chopped methi and cook
Add all spices and mix well Finally put lime juice and serve hot with roti.
