Ingredients
1/2 kg raw mango
1 cup sugar
4 tsp black salt
2 tsp roasted cumin /jeera powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp saffron color
Procedure
Wash, peel, and cut mangoes into chunks, put them in the cooker, and add enough water to cover them
Close the lid of the cooker and cook on a high flame for two whistles
Turn off the flame, once the steam is released open the cooker, let the mangoes cool down
Blend the boiled mango chunks and make a smooth paste
Add sugar, black salt, jeera powder, pepper powder, and saffron color, mix well
Add 5-6 cups of chilled water and mix
Serve chilled Panna with ice cubes, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
