Ingredients
1 raw mango (totapuri)
1 1/2 cups sugar or jaggery
2 tsp roasted jeera powder
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp black salt/kaala namak
3-4 Saffron strands or saffron colour
Procedure
Wash the mango and make 2-3 cuts on it and cook in cooker with 1 cup water till it becomes soft
when it comes to room temperature separate the pulp and put it in a vessel
Add sugar and boil it for 10 mins
Add other ingredients and store in a clean jar when it comes to room temperature
Store in the refrigerator.
