Ingredients
Mixed veggies chopped and boiled 2 cups (veggies used are cauliflower, potato, carrot, green peas, and beans)
Salt to taste
For the Masala paste:
1/4 cup grated coconut
1 chopped tomato
2-3 pieces of raw mango
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
4 red chillies
Grind the above ingredients into a fine paste
For Tempering:
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves
Procedure
Take boiled veggies in a Kadai and add salt and masala paste to it
Make it boil for 5-10 minutes
Temper it with the above-mentioned ingredients and serve hot with roti or rice.
