Ingredients
2 cups cauliflower cut into small florets
2 finely chopped onions
2 tblsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tblsp grated ginger
generous pinch of ajwain
2 tblsp cornflour
2 tblsp rice flour
4 tblsp gram flour/ besan
4-5 finely chopped green chillies
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric pdr
Oil for deep frying
Procedure
Take chopped onion, gobi florets, salt in a bowl and add ajwain, chopped ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves,haldi pdr and mix well
Add cornflour, rice flour and besan and give a good mix, adding lil water, it will become lil sticky
Dont make it too watery as it won't be crispy
Heat oil and fry till it becomes crisp and golden brown
Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
