Anda Shahi Masala





Ingredients


3 boiled eggs cut into 2 pieces

4 tsp oil

1 chopped onion

3 tbsp tomato puree

2 tsp red chilli pdr

1 tsp garam masala pdr

1/2 tsp turmeric pdr

2 tsp Kasuri methi

2 tbsp fresh cream

Chopped coriander leaves


For the masala:

2 sliced onions deep fried

4 garlic cloves

1/2 inch ginger

Grind the above into a fine paste




Procedure


  • In a pan heat oil and saute onion chopped till light brown in colour

  • Add tomato puree, masala paste and fry well till the raw smell goes

  • Add all the spice powders and fry for 2 mins

  • Put the eggs, salt to taste and 1/2 cup water

  • Make it boil and put fresh cream and Kasuri methi and mix well

  • Finish it with chopped coriander leaves

  • Serve hot with roti or rice.
