Ingredients
3 boiled eggs cut into 2 pieces
4 tsp oil
1 chopped onion
3 tbsp tomato puree
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp garam masala pdr
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
2 tsp Kasuri methi
2 tbsp fresh cream
Chopped coriander leaves
For the masala:
2 sliced onions deep fried
4 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
Grind the above into a fine paste
Procedure
In a pan heat oil and saute onion chopped till light brown in colour
Add tomato puree, masala paste and fry well till the raw smell goes
Add all the spice powders and fry for 2 mins
Put the eggs, salt to taste and 1/2 cup water
Make it boil and put fresh cream and Kasuri methi and mix well
Finish it with chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with roti or rice.
