Ingredients
1 cup dried figs/anjeer
1 cup deseeded dates/khajoor
15 almonds/badam
15 kaaju/cashew nuts
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
10 pistachios
1 tsp ghee
1/4 cup tiny cashew bits or khus khus
Procedure
Chop finely dates and figs and keep aside
Chop almonds, cashew nuts, pistas and toast them separately
In pan heat ghee, add chopped anjeer and dates, and mix well stirring continuously for 5 mins
Turn off the flame and transfer it to a plate
Add the toasted nuts to the dates and anjeer mixture, combine well
Shape it into a cylinder as shown above
Roll it in toasted khus-khus or cashew bits (this is optional)
Leave it for 15 mins and then cut into discs
Store in an airtight container
