Avarekaalu Palya/Hyacinth Beans Sabzi






Ingredients

1 cup avarekaalu / Hyacinth Beans

1 chopped onion

4 garlic cloves

3 green chillies

1/4 cup coriander leaves

some curry leaves

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

salt to taste

3 tsp oil



Procedure


  • Cook avarekaalu in cooker

  • In 1/2 tsp oil fry green chillies, coriander leaves and garlic cloves for 5 minutes n grind coarsely

  • In Kadai take remaining oil, add chopped onion, curry leaves and saute for 5 minutes

  • Add the ground paste and fry for 5 minutes

  • Add turmeric powder, boiled avarekaalu, salt to taste and mix well so that the masala coats it Serve with hot Rotis.
