Ingredients
2 cups rice flour/akki hittu
1/2 cup boiled flat beans/avarekaalu
1 onion finely chopped
3 green chillies crushed
1/4 cup grated coconut
2 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1 sprig curry leaves chopped
chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Water to knead the dough
Oil for cooking
Procedure
Mix all the above ingredients with water and make a soft dough
Take a handful of dough and spread it on greased aluminum foil or banana leaf
shape into roti as thin as you can
Heat tava, put 1 tsp oil and transfer the roti on it and cook on both the sides
Serve hot with coconut chutney
