Ingredients
10 nos Baby corns
Oil for deep frying
For the marination:
4 tblsp cornflour
2 tblsp rice flour
Salt to taste
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chat masala
3 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp garam masala
Make a thick paste of the above ingredients adding water
For the tempering:
3 tsp oil
5 finely chopped garlic cloves
3 finely chopped green chillies
2 sprigs of curry leaves
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure
Wash and cut the baby corns, marinate with the prepared paste
Deep fry the marinated corn into crisp and golden brown fritters
In a pan heat oil, add chopped green chillies, garlic, curry leaves and fry till it becomes brown
Add the deep-fried corns, toss well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot.
