Baby Corn 65





Ingredients


10 nos Baby corns

Oil for deep frying


For the marination:

4 tblsp cornflour

2 tblsp rice flour

Salt to taste

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp chat masala

3 tsp red chilli pdr

1 tsp garam masala

Make a thick paste of the above ingredients adding water


For the tempering:

3 tsp oil

5 finely chopped garlic cloves

3 finely chopped green chillies

2 sprigs of curry leaves

chopped coriander leaves for garnishing




Procedure

  • Wash and cut the baby corns, marinate with the prepared paste

  • Deep fry the marinated corn into crisp and golden brown fritters

  • In a pan heat oil, add chopped green chillies, garlic, curry leaves and fry till it becomes brown

  • Add the deep-fried corns, toss well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves

  • Serve hot.
