Baby Corn Manchurian





Ingredients

12 baby corn cut into pieces

2 sliced onions

2 chopped green chillies

8 chopped garlic cloves

1/2 cup tricoloured bell peppers cut into thin slices

6 Tsp oil+oil for deep frying

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp red chilli sauce

2 tsp soya sauce

1/2 tsp vinegar

1 tsp cornflour

Salt to taste

Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing


For the marination:

Wash the corn pieces and marinate with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, Salt,3 tblsp cornflour

1 tblsp maida and 2 tblsp rice flour, water as required




Procedure

  • Deep fry the marinated corns till crisp and brown in colour

  • In a pan heat oil, saute chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies till light brown in colour

  • Add onion slices and fry till transparent

  • Put all the other ingredients and fry for a min

  • Mix cornflour in 1/4 cup water and add to it and mix well

  • When it becomes thick add fried corn and toss well

  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with any rice or noodles.
