Ingredients
12 baby corn cut into pieces
2 sliced onions
2 chopped green chillies
8 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 cup tricoloured bell peppers cut into thin slices
6 Tsp oil+oil for deep frying
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli sauce
2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp cornflour
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
For the marination:
Wash the corn pieces and marinate with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, Salt,3 tblsp cornflour
1 tblsp maida and 2 tblsp rice flour, water as required
Procedure
Deep fry the marinated corns till crisp and brown in colour
In a pan heat oil, saute chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies till light brown in colour
Add onion slices and fry till transparent
Put all the other ingredients and fry for a min
Mix cornflour in 1/4 cup water and add to it and mix well
When it becomes thick add fried corn and toss well
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with any rice or noodles.
