Ingredients
6 baby corns
3 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2 cup fine Rava/semolina
Few curry leaves finely chopped
Procedure
Wash baby corns and cut into two pieces (lengthwise)
Make a paste of rice flour, cornflour, salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped curry leaves and red chilli powder, adding water.
Marinate the baby corn with this paste and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Put rava on a plate and mix with a little salt. Roll all the baby corn in the rava
Heat oil and deep fry them in batches on a medium-high flame.
Once it turns golden brown and crisp, remove them and put on an absorbent paper.
Serve hot with Rice or enjoy with coffee or tea.
You can also serve this as a starter.
