Baby Corn Rava Fry







Ingredients

6 baby corns

3 tbsp rice flour

2 tbsp cornflour

2 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Salt to taste

1/2 cup fine Rava/semolina

Few curry leaves finely chopped




Procedure


  • Wash baby corns and cut into two pieces (lengthwise)

  • Make a paste of rice flour, cornflour, salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped curry leaves and red chilli powder, adding water.

  • Marinate the baby corn with this paste and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

  • Put rava on a plate and mix with a little salt. Roll all the baby corn in the rava

  • Heat oil and deep fry them in batches on a medium-high flame.

  • Once it turns golden brown and crisp, remove them and put on an absorbent paper.

  • Serve hot with Rice or enjoy with coffee or tea.

  • You can also serve this as a starter.
