Ingredients
5 mushrooms
5 baby corns
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1/4 cup chopped spring onion greens
5 chopped garlic cloves
1 sprig of curry leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tblsp schezuan red chilli sauce
3 tblsp red chilli paste
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp tomato ketchup
Oil 5 tsp
Salt to taste
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and fry for 2-3 mins
Add chopped spring onions and saute till it becomes transparent
Now put the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes
Add schezuan red chilli sauce, red chilli paste and fry, followed by chopped mushrooms and baby corns
Cook covered with a lid
Once it is cooked add soya sauce,ketchup, salt to taste and toss well
Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot with fried rice or noodles or ghee rice.
