Badam Ragi Milk

Ingredients


1/2 cup ragi/finger millet

8-10 almonds/ badam

1 tsp Elaichi / cardamom powder

Powdered jaggery or honey as per taste



Procedure

  • Wash and soak ragi in enough water with almonds for 1-2 hrs

  • Grind with water into a fine paste

  • Add 1-2 cups water and strain it

  • Add cardamom powder and jaggery to the collected ragi milk and mix well

  • Serve chilled.
