Ingredients
1 dark purple colored brinjal
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
1/2 cup masala oats
Some chopped curry leaves
Make a paste of:
2 tblsp rice flour
3 tblsp chilli pdr
salt to taste
1 tsp hing/asafoetida pdr
Add water and make a thick paste
Procedure
Wash and cut the brinjal into thin slices
Apply paste according to your taste on all the slices
Mix oats and chopped curry leaves
Roll each brinjal slice in it and roast it on tava on a medium flame, using oil till it is cooked and turns crisp.
