Bajar/Pearl Millet has a high amount of fiber and aids digestion. It also lowers your bad cholesterol while increasing the good cholesterol in your system.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups bajre ka atta/ pearl millet flour
1/2 cup gehun ka atta/ wheat flour
1/2 cup finely chopped methi/ fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp ginger
2-3 green chillies
2 garlic cloves(optional)
2 tsp coriander / dhaniya powder
1 tsp sugar
1 cup Curds/yogurt to knead the dough
Procedure
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well
Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough with curds.
Divide into portions and make balls.
Heat dosa pan. Take the prepared balls and roll out into thin paratha place the rolled paratha/ thepla on the preheated Tava
Drizzle with oil or ghee and cook both sides till it turns golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with aam ka chunda or lahsoon ki chutney.
