Baked Cheesy Bread Rolls





Ingredients

10 nos of mushrooms washed n sliced

4 tsp oil

5 garlic cloves chopped

1 slit green chilli

2 onions are cut into chunks n separate the layers

1/2 capsicum cut into chunks

2 tsp red chilli paste

2 tsp CHINGS SCHEZUAN CHUTNEY

1 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp ketchup

1/2 tsp vinegar

Salt to taste

Chopped coriander leaves



Ingredients for the outer covering:

1 cup wheat flour

salt to taste

Water as required



Procedure


  • In a pan heat oil and saute garlic till brown in colour

  • Add green chilli, onion and saute for 5 mins

  • Put capsicum chunks and saute for 3 mins

  • Put the sliced mushrooms, salt and cook

  • Add all the other ingredients and mix well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves

  • Make a soft dough using the mentioned ingredients and divide it into small portions

  • Roll into a roti and cook 50% only

  • Apply cheese spread over the roti, keep 3 tblsp stuffing and fold all the 4 sides and make a square packet

  • Heat tava and roast it into a brown and crisp sandwich using ghee or oil

  • Cut into 2 triangles and serve with ketchup.

  • To make the red chilli paste grind 10 soaked red byadgi red chillies with 5 garlic cloves, salt to taste.
