Ingredients
For the outer covering:
1 cup maida
Salt
1 tblsp ghee
1/2 tsp pepper pdr
1 tsp carrom seeds
FOR THE FILLING:
1/4 cup boiled green peas
2 boiled n mashed potatoes
2 crushed green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 inch ginger crushed
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chat masala
1 tsp dhaniya powder
4 tsp oil
chopped dhaniya patta
Procedure
Mix all the ingredients of the outer covering in a bowl and knead a medium-hard dough using water and keep covered for 15 minutes
In a Kadai heat oil and put green chilies and ginger crushed
Add boiled green peas ad mash them with the ladle
Put other spices and boiled potato, salt to taste and mix well
Roll a big sheet with the dough and spread the masala over the sheet
Roll it tightly and keep in the fridge for 10 minutes
After 10 mins take the roll and cut 1/2 inch pieces, brush with lil oil, and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 -20 mins
In between flip it and bake till it turns crisp.
Serve hot.
