Baked Samosa Pinwheels





Ingredients


For the outer covering:

1 cup maida

Salt

1 tblsp ghee

1/2 tsp pepper pdr

1 tsp carrom seeds


FOR THE FILLING:

1/4 cup boiled green peas

2 boiled n mashed potatoes

2 crushed green chillies

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 inch ginger crushed

1 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp chat masala

1 tsp dhaniya powder

4 tsp oil

chopped dhaniya patta




Procedure


  • Mix all the ingredients of the outer covering in a bowl and knead a medium-hard dough using water and keep covered for 15 minutes

  • In a Kadai heat oil and put green chilies and ginger crushed

  • Add boiled green peas ad mash them with the ladle

  • Put other spices and boiled potato, salt to taste and mix well

  • Roll a big sheet with the dough and spread the masala over the sheet

  • Roll it tightly and keep in the fridge for 10 minutes

  • After 10 mins take the roll and cut 1/2 inch pieces, brush with lil oil, and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 -20 mins

  • In between flip it and bake till it turns crisp.

  • Serve hot.
