Ingredients
2oo gms basa fish
Oil for deep frying
For the marination:
5 tbsp cornflour
3 tbsp maida
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
For the Sauce:
2 chopped onions
8-10 garlic cloves finely chopped
1-inch ginger finely chopped
2 slit green chillies
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp cornflour mixed in 1/4 cup water
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp CHING'S CHILLI MIRACLE MASALA (optional))
5 tsp oil
chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
Clean and wash fish
Cut into 1-inch cubes and marinate with the ingredients
Keep for 1/2 an hour and deep fry
In a pan heat oil and saute garlic, ginger, Chilli and onion chopped for 5 minutes
Add chilli powder, ching's masala powder, vinegar and all sauces
Put cornflour slurry and mix well
When the gravy becomes thick add fried fish and toss it
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
