Ingredients
200 gms basa fish fillets cut into cubes
oil for deep frying
For the marination:
5 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
4 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp maida
Salt to taste
Chopped curry leaves
Procedure
Wash and clean the fish
Mix the ingredients of marination with little water and make a paste
Apply it to the fish and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
Deep fry into golden brown colour
