Ingredients
2 potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices and keep in water
5 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
8-10 garlic cloves crushed
2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Procedure
Drain water from the sliced potatoes, add salt, mix well and keep for 20 mins
Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add mustard, once it starts crackling add crushed garlic and fry till it becomes brown
Add chilli pdr fry for a second, followed by potato slices(squeeze all the water before adding the potato)
Mix well and cook on a medium flame covered with a lid till potatoes are done
Serve hot with rice and dal.
