Ingredients
1 ltr milk
1/2 cup sugar + 1/4 cup
1/2 cup fresh curd
1 tsp cardamom powder
Procedure
Put the milk in a thick bottomed vessel and boil it until it is reduced to 1/3 rd
Add sugar to it and mix well.
Add the curds and cook, you will see that the milk will curdle, continue cooking, stirring continuously.
Heat another pan, add the remaining 1/4 cup sugar, heat it till it caramelizes and turns into brown color
Immediately pour this into the curdled milk and stir well
Continue cooking till it becomes dry, add the cardamom powder and mix well
Serve hot or chilled.
