Ingredients
1.5 Cups of Rice flour
1/2 cup Maida
4 tsp Butter
1 tsp Jeera ( Or crushed Jeera)
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp Sesame seeds (Black Or White)
Salt to taste
Procedure
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough adding water.
Make use of the Muruku/Chakkli machine to make strands of Murku and deep fry these directly.
Goes well with a hot cup of Coffee or Tea.
