Ingredients
1 cup besan
2 cups sugar
1 cup ghee
1 cup milk
1 tsp cardamom powder
Handful cashew nuts finely chopped
Procedure
In a bowl mix sugar and milk, till sugar dissolves
Grease one thali or a square tin and keep it ready
In pan heat ghee, add besan, and roast till a nice aroma comes
Add milk, in which sugar is dissolved
Put cashew nuts chopped and cardamom powder
Stir continuously, till it makes a lump and leaves the sides of the pan
It takes around 15 to 20 mins
Pour the mixture into the greased tin and allow it to set
When it is still warm cut into desired shape and store in an airtight jar.
