Ingredients
250 gms Bhindi (ladies finger)
2 onions
1 tomato
1/2 tsp mustard
4-5 methi seeds
3 tsp oil
2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp tamarind pulp
salt to taste
Procedure
In a pan take oil and put mustard, methi seeds, and chopped onions
Saute onions and add chopped tomato and fry till it becomes soft
add cut bhindi, salt, and cover with a lid
when it is half cooked add chilli powder, pepper powder,haldi, and tamarind pulp and mix well
serve hot with rotis.
