Ingredients
10 lady's fingers/ okra / bhindis
2 tsp oil
2 tsp besan/chickpea flour
2 tblsp cornflour
2 tblsp rice flour
1.5 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
Salt to taste
Procedure
Wash bhindis and wipe with a towel. Trim the ends and cut into four pieces (lengthwise)
Add salt and chilli powder and keep aside for 10 mins
After 10 mins add the remaining ingredients, mix well
Spread bhindis on a micro safe plate and micro it for 4-5 mins
Check 2-3 times in between, cook till they turn crispy
Serve hot with rice and dal.
