Ingredients
1 cup fresh curds/ yoghurt
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup boondi
1 tsp roasted cumin /bhuna jeera pdr
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Procedure
Take curds in a bowl, add salt, sugar and beat well
Add jeera and chilli powder, mix well
Add boondi just before serving and enjoy with biryani.
