Ingredients
4 Bread slices
Ghee or butter for roasting
For the stuffing:
1/2 cup hung curds
Salt to taste
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1 finely chopped green chilli
Chopped coriander leaves
Pinch of sugar
Procedure
Take hung curd in a bowl and add all the other ingredients one by one
Mix well and keep aside
Trim the edges of the bread slices and roll them with a rolling pin
Apply butter on it and keep the stuffing
Carefully roll the bread, wet the edges and press tightly
Heat tava and roast, adding ghee or butter until crisp and brown
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
