Bread Curd Rolls





Ingredients

4 Bread slices

Ghee or butter for roasting


For the stuffing:

1/2 cup hung curds

Salt to taste

1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum

1/2 cup grated carrot

1/2 tsp crushed pepper

1 finely chopped green chilli

Chopped coriander leaves

Pinch of sugar




Procedure

  • Take hung curd in a bowl and add all the other ingredients one by one

  • Mix well and keep aside

  • Trim the edges of the bread slices and roll them with a rolling pin

  • Apply butter on it and keep the stuffing

  • Carefully roll the bread, wet the edges and press tightly

  • Heat tava and roast, adding ghee or butter until crisp and brown

  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
