Brinjal Tawa Fry

Ingredients



2 white or any big size brinjals

oil for frying

Salt to taste



Procedure


  • Make a paste of 2 tsp rice flour,7-8 tsp chilli powder, salt to taste,1/2 tsp asafoetida powder, with little water

  • Slice the brinjals and apply the paste

  • Roll the slices in rice flour

  • Roast on Tava drizzling oil

  • Serve hot with rice and rasam.
