Ingredients
2 white or any big size brinjals
oil for frying
Salt to taste
Procedure
Make a paste of 2 tsp rice flour,7-8 tsp chilli powder, salt to taste,1/2 tsp asafoetida powder, with little water
Slice the brinjals and apply the paste
Roll the slices in rice flour
Roast on Tava drizzling oil
Serve hot with rice and rasam.
