Ingredients
2 cups rice flour
1/4 cup besan/ chickpea flour
3 tbsp roasted dal /putani/ hurigadale powder
2 1/2 tbsp butter
Salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp white til/ sesame seeds
Oil for frying
Procedure
Take rice flour, besan,putani powder, salt, til and sesame seeds in a bowl, mix well
Add the butter and again mix, add water and make a soft dough
Make chaklis, on a plastic sheet or paper and deep fry on a medium flame till it turns golden brown and crisp
Store in an airtight container once it comes to room temperature
