Ingredients
1 cup buttermilk
4 tsp kokum syrup
2 tsp oil
Salt and sugar to taste
2 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2tsp mustard
curry leaves
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure
In a bowl mix buttermilk, salt, sugar and kokum syrup
Add 1/4 cup water if needed
Add the tempering
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve chilled with hot rice
You can also drink it as an appetizer.
