Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/4 cup finely chopped palak/spinach
1 sliced onion
5 tsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2 tsp lime juice
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
FOR THE MASALA PASTE:
1/4 cup coriander leaves
2 green chillies
4 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 clove
1 tomato----Grind all these ingredients into a fine paste
Procedure
In a pan heat oil and saute onion slices till transparent
Add chopped cabbage and palak and saute for 5 mis or till it is cooked
Put the masala paste and fry till the raw smell goes
Add turmeric pdr,garam masala pdr, and toss for 2 mins
Add the cooked rice,salt,lime juice and mix well
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with raita.
