Capsi fingers / Fritters

Ingredients

2 capsicums cut into fingers

oil for frying


For the batter:

1 cup gram flour(besan)

2 tsp cornflour

Salt to taste

pinch cooking soda

1 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp chat masala





Procedure

  • Make a thick batter of the above ingredients using little water

  • apply little salt to capsicum fingers

  • Heat oil, dip the fingers in it and deep fry

  • Serve hot with a cup of hot tea or coffee
