Cashew Carrot Delight





Ingredients


2 cups chilled milk

5-6 cashew nuts

1 carrot

Sugar to taste




Procedure


  • Wash, peel the carrot, and cut into cubes. Boil with cashew nuts and 1/4 cup water

  • Let it cool. Blend it with chilled milk and sugar

  • Adjust the consistency by adding water or milk

  • Serve chilled.
