Ingredients
1/ 2 cup cooked raw mango pieces
1 cup cooked Jackfruit seeds cut into 2 pieces
Salt to taste
For the masala paste:
1 cup grated fresh coconut
1 green chilli
1 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric /haldi powder
3 garlic cloves
3 shallots/ sambar onions
Grind into a fine paste and keep aside
For the tempering:
3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
Curry leaves
2 broken red chillies
Procedure
Put the boiled jackfruit seeds and raw mango pieces in a vessel, add salt
Add the masala paste,1/2 cup water, and make it boil
Add the tempering with the ingredients mentioned above
Serve hot with rice and papad.
