Ingredients
1/2 cup boiled, mashed potatoes
1/2 cup besan/ Bengal gram flour
2-3 tblsp wheat flour
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp til/ sesame seeds
1 tsp ajwain
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp hing/ asafoetida powder
3-4 tsp oil
Oil for deep frying
Procedure
Take ingredients no 1 to 9 in a big bowl mix well and make a dough using water as needed
Take ghantiya mold, fill with the dough
Heat oil and press the mold to make ghantiyas, in the oil
Cook on a medium flame and fry till it becomes crisp and brown in color
Store in an airtight container once it comes to room temperature.
