Ingredients
1 cup sweet corn kernels
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 green chillies
2 tblsp corn flour
1/4 tsp pepper pdr
1/2 tsp oregano(optional)
Salt to taste
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
Oil for deep frying
Procedure
Coarsely grind corn kernels and green chilies
Transfer it to a bowl, add salt, pepper pdr, oregano, grated cheese, cornflour
Mix well and divide the mixture into equal portions, make balls
Dip each ball in the milk and roll them in the bread crumbs
Refrigerate the balls for 10 mins to set
Heat oil, deep fry the balls on a medium flame into crisp and brown pops
Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
