Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
1 carrot grated
1/2 capsicum finely chopped
2 finely chopped green chillies
2 tsp roasted jeera powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp garlic powder
3 tblsp grated mozzarella cheese
Chopped coriander leaves
3 tblsp bread crumbs
Salt to taste
4-5 tsp oil
Procedure
Take cooked rice in a bowl and mash well with your hands
Add all the other ingredients (except oil)
Mix well and shape into cutlets
Grease the baking tray and place the cutlets on the tray
Bake the cutlets at 200 degrees for 15 mins one side
After mins flip the cutlets and bake again till it becomes crisp
Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
