Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

Boneless chicken cut into fingers 1 cup

Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying

Bread crumbs1/4 cup

cornflour 2 tblsp


MARINATION:

2tsp chilli powder

1 tsp pepper powder

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1/4 tsp garam masala powder

1/2 tsp vinegar




Procedure

  • Wash and clean the chicken and cut into fingers

  • Marinate with the above ingredients and keep in the fridge for 1/2 an hour

  • Heat oil in Kadai

  • Mix cornflour,bread crumbs and Lil salt and pepper pdr in a bowl

  • Roll each finger in it and deep fry

  • Serve hot with barbeque sauce.
