Chicken majestic is one of the popular dishes from Hyderabad and Andhra Pradesh. A dry chicken dish marinated with Indian spices along with the Chinese blend.

Ingredients
200 gms boneless chicken cut into strips
1.5 tblsp curds
Salt to taste
1 tsp pepper pdr
2 tblsp cornflour
1 tblsp ginger garlic paste
1 egg
1/2 tsp oil + oil for deep frying
Seasoning:
2 tblsp oil
1 tblsp ginger chopped
1 tblsp garlic chopped
3 nos green chillies chopped
2 sprigs of curry leaves
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1.5 tsp red chilli powder
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1 tblsp mint leaves chopped
2 tblsp curds
Salt to taste
1 tblsp soya sauce
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 tblsp coriander leaves chopped
Procedure
Wash and clean chicken and cut into strips
Drain it and dry it with a paper towel to remove water ter content
Marinate with curd,pepper pdr and salt
Refrigerate rfor 1 hr,after 1st marination ,again marinate with corn flour ,egg ,1/2 tsp oil and ginger garlic paste
Let it rest for 4 hrs or overnight, deep fry in oil only for 3 mins until both sides are cooked(dont over fry)
Heat oil in a pan,add ginger garlic chopped,saute until golden in colour
Add green chillies and curry leaves
Add chilli pdr,turmeric pdr,Coriander pdr and salt
Mix well on a low flame without burning
Add curd,soya sauce and chopped mint leaves
Saute for a minute till curd gets dried
Now drop in the fried chicken,lemon juice, and toss well
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
