Chilli Chicken





Ingredients

2 breast pieces of chicken

4 tsp oil+ oil for frying

6 finely chopped garlic cloves

1 green chilli chopped

1/2 inch ginger chopped

2 roughly chopped onions

1/2 capsicum cut into cubes

2 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp vinegar

3 tblsp CHING'S SCHEZUAN CHUTNEY

4 tsp CHING'S SECRET CHILLI MASALA POWDER

Salt to taste

Chopped coriander leaves


Marinate chicken with:

3 tblsp cornflour

2 tblsp maida

1 tsp pepper pdr

Salt to taste





Procedure


  • Wash chicken and cut it into bite-size pieces. Squeeze out all the water from the pieces and marinate them with the ingredients mentioned, adding little water

  • Keep it aside for 3o mins, after 30 mins deep fry the chicken and keep aside

  • In a pan heat oil, add chopped garlic, and fry until it turns light brown

  • add green chilies, ginger chopped, and saute for 2 mins

  • Now add chopped onions , saute until it turns transparent

  • Now add soya sauce, vinegar,chings masala powder, and chings schezuan chutney

  • Mix well and add 1/2 cup water, cook till the sauce becomes thick

  • Add the fried chicken pieces, salt to taste and toss well till the chicken pieces are well coated with the sauce

  • Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves

  • Serve hot with ghee rice,noodles or fried rice
