Ingredients
3 medium-sized potatoes Washed, peeled or with skin
Salt to taste
2 tsp +1 tsp oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
2 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Spring onion greens for garnishing
Procedure
Cut the potatoes into wedges and apply salt to taste and keep for 10 minutes
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes
Mix the potatoes with 2 tsp oil and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
In a Kadai heat oil and saute garlic chopped till light brown in colour
add tomato sauce,chilli flakes and 2 tblsp water to avoid it from burning
Immediately mix in the potato wedges and toss well
Garnish with spring onion greens chopped
Serve hot
You can also top it with some grated cheese.
