Chilli Garlic Potato Wedges (baked





Ingredients

3 medium-sized potatoes Washed, peeled or with skin

Salt to taste

2 tsp +1 tsp oil

2 tsp finely chopped garlic

2 tsp tomato sauce

1 tsp red chilli flakes

Spring onion greens for garnishing




Procedure


  • Cut the potatoes into wedges and apply salt to taste and keep for 10 minutes

  • Preheat the oven for 10 minutes

  • Mix the potatoes with 2 tsp oil and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes

  • In a Kadai heat oil and saute garlic chopped till light brown in colour

  • add tomato sauce,chilli flakes and 2 tblsp water to avoid it from burning

  • Immediately mix in the potato wedges and toss well

  • Garnish with spring onion greens chopped

  • Serve hot

  • You can also top it with some grated cheese.
