Ingredients
1 cup chopped veggies like carrot, beans, capsicum, baby corn
1 onion (cut into big dices and separate the layers)
1 slit green chilli
1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
6 garlic cloves chopped
4 tsp oil
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp CHING'S Chilli masala powder or Manchurian masala
1 tsp CHING'S Schezuan chutney
Salt to taste
2 tsp cornflour
Finely chopped spring onion greens for garnishing
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan, put chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and saute for 2 mins
Add chopped onion and saute for 2-3 mins, followed by carrot, beans and baby corn Cook on a high flame for 3-4 mins, now add capsicum and saute for 2 mins, add salt to taste
Put soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, Chings schezuan chutney, mix well and add 1/2 cup water and mix
Add water according to your taste, if u want dry no need to add water
If you want more gravy then increase the quantity of water
Add Ching's masala powder. Mix cornflour in 1/4 cup water and add to it and let it boil
Once the gravy thickens, boil it for 2-3 mins on a low flame, garnish with spring onion greens and turn off the flame
Serve hot with fried rice or noodles and enjoy.
You can substitute veggies with paneer, mushrooms, prawns or chicken.
