Ingredients
2 cups white sugar powder
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour/ maida
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1.5 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup boiling water
Procedure
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees)
Grease and dust the baking dish and keep aside
In a large bowl sieve together sugar powder, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla essence, mix for 2 mins on medium speed of mixer
Put the boiling water and mix again
Pour evenly into the greased dish
Bake for 30-35 mins in the preheated oven, until the cake tests were done with a toothpick
Cool in the baked cake for 1o mins and then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
