Ingredients
1 banana flower/ banana blossom
6 tsp oil
8-10 garlic cloves crushed
3-4 broken red chilies
Salt to taste
Procedure
Finely chop banana flower and put in water for 10 mins
Drain water and put salt and mix well, keep for 30mins
After 30 mins, squeeze out all the water from it and keep it in a bowl
Heat oil in a thick-bottomed Kadai ,add crushed garlic and red chilies, fry till garlic becomes brown
Add the chopped banana flower and cook with a lid covered till it is cooked
Once it is cooked open the lid and fry on a low flame till it becomes a little crisp
Serve hot with rice and dal.
