Corn Cheese Balls





Ingredients


1 cup corn kernels coarsely ground

3 crushed green chillies

1/2 inch ginger crushed

2 tblsp cornflour

1/2 tsp crushed pepper

1 tsp chopped garlic or garlic powder

2 -3 tblsp grated cheese

Salt to taste


1/4 cup warm milk

bread crumbs

Oil for deep frying




Procedure

  • Put the ingredients no 1-8 in a bowl and mix well

  • Make balls and keep in the fridge for 15 mins

  • Heat oil to deep fry the balls

  • Dip the balls in a milk roll each ball in bread crumbs and deep fry into crisp balls on a medium flame

  • Serve hot with ketchup or any dip of your choice.
