These tikkis are prepared with the leftover corn Mint rice / pulav. you can use any pulav or even plai n white rice also.

Ingredients
1 cup any pulav or plain white rice
1 chopped onion
2 tblsp cornflour
chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp garam masala
Bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Procedure
Mash the rice with your hands and mix with cornflour, chopped onion,garam masala, coriander leaves, and salt
Divide into equal portions and shape into tikkis
Roll each Tikki in bread crumbs
Heat tava and roast tikkis adding oil, on both the sides
Serve hot with ketchup.
NOTE: If you are using plain rice then add little ginger, garlic, green chilli paste, chopped mint leaves also. And increase the amount of garam masala.
