Corn Paneer Fingers







Ingredients


1/2 cup sweet corn kernels

1/4 cup crumbled paneer

2 medium-sized boiled potatoes

2-3 tblsp besan(gram flour)

salt to taste

2 green chillies

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp chat masala

some chopped coriander leaves


Bread crumbs

Oil for deep frying



Procedure

  • Coarsely grind corn with green chillies

  • Mix it with all other ingredients

  • Divide into equal portions

  • Give the desired shape roll it in bread crumbs and deep fry into crispy fingers

  • Serve hot with ketchup or any chutney.
