Ingredients
1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
1/4 cup crumbled paneer
2 medium-sized boiled potatoes
2-3 tblsp besan(gram flour)
salt to taste
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
some chopped coriander leaves
Bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying
Procedure
Coarsely grind corn with green chillies
Mix it with all other ingredients
Divide into equal portions
Give the desired shape roll it in bread crumbs and deep fry into crispy fingers
Serve hot with ketchup or any chutney.
