Crispy honey noodles with ice cream, Darsaan as this side dish is popularly known as a creative, sweet dish that makes up for the lack of a wide variety in Chinese desserts. Fried noodles are tossed with honey and sesame seeds and relished with ice cream or sometimes with fresh fruit puree. It is crunchy, sweet and extremely comforting.

Ingredients
3 tblsp sugar
2 tblsp water
3 tblsp honey
1 tsp til/ sesame seeds (toasted)
Chopped almonds
Spring roll sheets
Oil for deep frying
Chocolate sauce (optional)
Vanilla icecream
Procedure
Thaw frozen spring roll sheets for 15 mins and cut them into fine strips
Deep fry them into crisp noodles
In a pan sugar, water and cook till sugar melts
Add honey and mix well
Remove from the flame and let it become warm
Before serving toss the noodles in the required amount of prepared syrup
Add sesame seeds, almonds, and mix
For serving, Put the noodles on a serving plate, put the ice cream scoops and top it with chocolate sauce.
NOTE: Prepare the honey syrup a few minutes before serving.
