Ingredients
200 gms Paneer cut into fingers
Oil for deep frying
For the marination:
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
For the batter:
1/2 cup maida/all-purpose flour
3/4 cup water
Salt to taste
For the coating:
1 cup crushed cornflakes
Chat masala to sprinkle
Procedure
Marinate paneer fingers with ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala powder.
Mix the flour with salt and water to make a thick batter.
Dip the paneer in the batter and roll it in the crushed corn flakes and coat it with them.
Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown and crisp, on a medium flame.
Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with mayo dip or tomato ketchup.
to make mayo dip, mix mayonnaise with ketchup or schezuan chutney.
